Cathy Doyle

Cathy Doyle

MChiro, BChSc, Naturopath, Applied Kinesiology PAK

I graduated from Macquarie University in 2009 with a Masters of Chiropractic Degree. When I first started treating patients at the beginning of my career, I started to see the body as a puzzle, deeply entwined in a series of overlapping pathways. Over time, this maze started to become clear and I began adding more knowledge which began unlocking a completely new way that I approached patients.

On this journey, I spent time training in new courses and treatment modalities. I became accredited in Applied Kinesiology and started practising Retained Neonatal Reflexes Technique and Neuro-Emotional Technique. This enabled me to shift emotional blocks and treat in a style that further aligned to my vision.
An integral part of this chapter was deciding to become a naturopath and adding musculoskeletal acupuncture. This concreted my desire to look at the body nutritionally as well as structurally and emotionally.

One of my biggest passions is helping families. Whether it be helping children, parents or new additions to the family, getting to know your story is my favourite part. It is truly a privilege to be able to assist a family develop, adapt and rise through various challenges. I would describe my treatment style as a combination of an adaptation to my own experiences coupled with the incredible knowledge I have picked up along the way. This knowledge usually sparks a craving to learn more and keeps the passion going!

Some of the conditions I see in practice include, adrenal fatigue, gut or hormonal imbalances, headaches, anxiety, infantile colic and fatigue. I also see children with behavioural or learning difficulties or patients who are just generally not feeling “well” but are unsure where to start to help their body repair and feel better.

Outside of the clinic, I love being outdoors with my husband Jarrad and three children, Coen, Tully and Aubrey. I keep active by chasing these monkeys around as well as running (albeit a bit slower these days) and pilates.

Michael Maroon

MChiro, BChSc, Applied Kinesiology PAK

I am a chiropractor, kinesiologist, and Melillo Method practitioner with a passion for neurodevelopment and holistic health. Since earning my Master of Chiropractic from Macquarie University in 2011, I have worked across multiple clinics in Sydney and Brisbane, deepening my expertise in Applied Kinesiology, primitive reflex integration, and neurodevelopmental therapy.

My focus is on helping individuals of all ages achieve optimal health, with a special interest in paediatric chiropractic care and neurodevelopmental support. I specialise in addressing:

  • Learning and behavioural disorders in children
  • Headaches and postural stress
  • Gut dysfunction and nervous system imbalances
  • Sports injuries and performance optimisation

I take a whole-body approach, recognising that many of these issues stem from poor posture, diet, lifestyle choices, and, most importantly, brain development. My goal is to help my patients achieve long-term health and resilience through tailored chiropractic care.

Beyond the clinic, I stay active through functional training and enjoy spending quality time with my wife and kids. We prioritise a holistic lifestyle, making mindful choices about nutrition, movement, and well-being to support our family’s health.

I’m committed to helping my patients move, think, and feel better—naturally.

Alanah Schier

Alanah Schier

MChiro, BChSc

I am a Chiropractor passionate about all things health, holistic, families, and wellness. My passion is to help families to thrive beyond the barriers of pain and blossom into a life of long term health and wellness, no matter the life stage or symptoms.
My first introduction to Chiropractic was when I was a baby, but I truly discovered the power of Chiropractic in high school as a long term migraine sufferer. After years of monthly days off school with what seemed like endless bedridden episodes, I was beginning to accept that this was just a part of life – bad luck for me, I guess. When I tried Chiropractic, everything changed. I felt relief within minutes, and I couldn’t believe it. Within a few months, my episodes had reduced and now, after years of Chiropractic care later, I almost forget I ever suffered migraines at all. When I left school, I knew I wanted to be a part of that solution for other people, to understand the body in all its intricate details, and to understand how to take us from just existing to truly thriving.

While studying my Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and Master of Chiropractic at Macquarie University, I spent five years working with primary school aged children, where I quickly discovered my passion for working with families. I’m grateful through my work to also have worked with many wonderful children of all ages and with additional needs such as ADHD, ASD, ODD, and Down Syndrome. Getting to know my wonderful clients is always the most rewarding part of the journey, and building relationships and trust with people is always the part of the process I cherish the most.

I love working with the body to find better balance, brain function, movement, nutrition, and structural support. My additional studies into working with emotions, using Neuro-Emotional Technique (NET), the body as a whole with Applied Kinesiology (AK), and the amazing power of Chiropractic with Sacro-Occipital Technique (SOT), are also awesome pieces of the mosaic of what a visit with me would look like – tailored to you always.

Outside the clinic, you’ll catch me by the beach, going for walks, getting coffees, travelling, enjoying a few of my hobbies – such as running, tennis, reading or hanging out with my beautiful family, friends, my crazy dog Brandi, or my wonderful partner Max.
